How do I pay for my items?
Once you select the item you want to purchase, simply add it to your cart for checkout. You can pay with your credit or debit card.
Is there anyone I can talk to about my order?
Absolutely. For any questions you may have prior to your purchase, during your purchase or after your purchase, feel free to contact Fontellas via phone at (702) 706-8597 during their regular hours of operation, or send them a message and we'll be sure to respond back to you at our earliest convenience.
Is there a showroom I can come see furniture or make a purchase?
Currently, Fontella's offers furniture only through online services for the Las Vegas and surrounding areas. However, if you're looking for an interior decoration and would like to book a consultation, we work with a team of Interior Decorators who can come out to me with you at your residence or business.
How long does it take to recieve the items I purchased?
Fontellas have orders that come in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Depending on the day you've purchased your item, you can look for your items to arrive on any of the days listed the same week unless your purchase is made on the weekend.
Do you deliver to my home?
With Fontella's, you have an to have your furniture delivered to your home for an extra fee or choose to pick it up from the warehouse. The choice is totally up to you.
What happens if the furniture or item I purchased is damaged before receiving?
If furniture or items purchased was damaged prior to receiving it, we'll gladly replace or exchange the items for you.
Can I get a refund if I don't like what I chose?
Unfortunately, all purchases are final, unless it was damaged prior to receiving it.
