To see shipping options, just add the items you’d like to purchase to your cart. Once items have been added, go to your cart and enter your zip code in the Shipping Rates Calculator to see the shipping rates available in your location.

Orders consisting only of small parcels (lighting, accessories, etc.) most often ship within 1 week of placing the order.

Shipping time for furniture orders sometimes depends on your location. When you place your order, our Customer Care team will contact you to finalize delivery arrangements.

All sales are final.

 

1. Automatic Refund

  • If an order is placed and we discover the item is actually out of stock, Fontella's will issue an automatic refund for 100% of the price paid.


If your item is damaged or is missing parts upon arrival, you must take the following steps within 48 hours.

2.  Take a picture of the damage and attach to your message.

 

We will contact the company and they will either ship us a new part or a new item. In this case, when we receive the new item, you will bring it to our location for an exchange.


In the case that the item is no longer in stock, there will be the option for a refund, exchange or store credit.

This is ONLY on orders that were damaged before arrival. This will be handled on a case by case basis and at our discretion.

 

Exception: All in stock rugs have a 24 hour return policy for a full refund if items are returned in the same condition it was sold.

  • Any special order rugs are non refundable.
